User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) regulates the conditions and rules that must be observed when benefiting from all services offered through the alpatsaglik.com website operated by ALPAT Health Group and the ALPAT Health mobile application. All persons who access the website, use the application or create a membership (“User”) are deemed to have accepted the provisions of this Agreement.

User: A person who accesses the ALPAT Health website or mobile application, creates a membership or benefits from the services in any way.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement regulates the conditions regarding the User's use of the online and physical health services offered by ALPAT Health, and the mutual rights and obligations of the parties.
3. Membership and Account Creation
- The User must create a membership with accurate, complete and up-to-date information through the site or application.
- Account information is specific to the User and must not be shared with third parties.
- The User is fully responsible for the transactions in their account.
- In the event of false information being provided, ALPAT reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership.
4. Scope of Services
The services offered by ALPAT Health may include the following:
- Appointment booking, viewing and cancellation transactions,
- Digital user panel services,
- Health services from units such as ALPAT Dental, ALPAT Pharmacy, ALPAT Dental Laboratory, ALPAT Beauty Center and ALPAT Home Health,
- Product purchasing, e-commerce and campaign services,
- Online viewing of laboratory results,
- Consultancy and information services.
ALPAT has the right to make changes to the services and to offer new services.
5. User Obligations
- To use the site and application only for lawful purposes,
- To refrain from any kind of misuse, attack, use of bots, or behavior that increases system load,
- Not to miss appointments, provide false information or engage in misleading behavior,
- Not to copy the information provided without permission or use it for commercial purposes,
- To comply with the regulations on the protection of personal data,
- To behave respectfully and ethically toward ALPAT employees or health personnel.
6. Rights and Powers of ALPAT
- To suspend or close the account for any User if deemed necessary,
- To make changes, maintenance and improvements to the site and application,
- To stop providing the service in case of suspicion of erroneous or malicious use,
- To update the terms of service at any time,
- To communicate with the User by SMS, e-mail or phone in necessary communications.
7. Conditions Regarding Health Services
- Since health services are person-specific, no guaranteed result can be given.
- Appointment times may change depending on the workload; in such cases, the User is informed.
- Health data is processed only within the scope of the relevant legislation and by authorized health personnel.
8. Pricing and Payment
- For paid services, current prices are published on the website or application.
- Credit card information is not stored by ALPAT; the payment infrastructure is provided by third-party companies.
- The refund policy may vary depending on the type of service.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All visual, written and digital content; logos, videos, texts, code structures and designs on alpatsaglik.com belong to the ALPAT Health Group. The User may not reproduce, distribute or use this content for commercial purposes without permission.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
The User's personal and health data is protected and processed within the framework of the Privacy Policy. Use of the website and application means that the Privacy Policy has been accepted.

11. Suspension or Termination of the Account
- The membership may be terminated at the User's request.
- If ALPAT detects misuse, it may suspend or completely close the membership.
- False information provided by the User may cause the process to be suspended.
12. Limits of Liability
- ALPAT is not responsible for system interruptions, internet infrastructure problems or externally sourced technical issues.
- The information on the website is for general informational purposes; medical examination is required for a definitive diagnosis and treatment.
- ALPAT cannot be held responsible for the User's incorrect use, device problems or internet connection issues.
13. Force Majeure
ALPAT cannot be held responsible in the event of disruption of services due to force majeure such as natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, war, epidemic, strike, infrastructure failures, and power outages.
14. Applicable Law
This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In disputes, the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are competent.
15. Changes to the Agreement
ALPAT reserves the right to unilaterally amend the provisions of this Agreement. The updated version enters into force the moment it is published on the website.
