Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) covers the health services, product sales, appointment transactions and user panel services offered through the alpatsaglik.com website operated by ALPAT Health Group and the ALPAT Health mobile application. All users who access the website, become members or purchase services (“User”) are deemed to have accepted the provisions of this Agreement.

User: Natural or legal persons who access the website or mobile application, create a membership and/or benefit from ALPAT Health services.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement regulates the conditions under which the User benefits from the health services, product sales, appointment system, laboratory and home health services offered by ALPAT Health; and the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Membership and User Account

  • The User must create a membership with accurate and up-to-date information through the website or mobile application.
  • The security of the account created by the User (password, login information, etc.) is entirely the responsibility of the User.
  • ALPAT cannot be held responsible for consequences that may arise due to incorrect, incomplete or untrue information.
  • The membership account cannot be transferred to or used by anyone else.

4. Services Offered

ALPAT Health offers the following services:

  • Dental health and oral treatments (ALPAT Dental)
  • Home health and care services
  • Dental laboratory and prosthesis solutions
  • Beauty center services
  • Sale of pharmacy products and medical health products
  • Digital appointment system and user panel management
  • Online laboratory result viewing

The scope of ALPAT Health services and current prices are announced through the website and mobile application. ALPAT reserves the right to make changes to the services.

5. Appointment and Service Conditions

  • The User carries out appointment transactions through the application or website.
  • Appointment cancellation and modification transactions must be made through the system where possible.
  • Due to the nature of health services, appointment times may be changed; in such cases, the User is informed.
  • For home health services, address information must be provided accurately and completely.

6. Product Sales and Payment

  • Purchases made from the ALPAT Pharmacy and ALPAT Health Products sections are of a distance sales nature.
  • Product prices are in Turkish Lira and are tax-inclusive prices.
  • Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer or contracted payment methods.
  • Credit card information is not recorded by ALPAT; the payment infrastructure is provided by third-party payment institutions.
  • Stock and supply may vary depending on the status of the product; in case of any change, the User is informed.

7. Processing of Health Data

In order to provide health services, some of your personal health information is processed. This process is carried out in accordance with the KVKK, the Basic Law on Health Services and other relevant legislation. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

8. User Obligations

  • The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
  • They may not misuse ALPAT systems or carry out harmful actions.
  • In the event of not arriving on time for an appointment or abusing the service, ALPAT reserves the right to refuse service.
  • The User may not claim any rights over the content, brand, visuals, software code and all materials provided by ALPAT.

9. ALPAT's Rights and Responsibilities

  • It may make changes to the system in order to improve service quality.
  • It may change appointments in mandatory situations.
  • It is not directly responsible for service interruptions due to technical failures, force majeure or external factors.
  • ALPAT is not responsible for health information incorrectly declared by the User.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All visuals, logos, texts, graphics, designs, software code and all other materials contained in the alpatsaglik.com content belong to ALPAT Health. They may not be copied, distributed or republished without permission.

11. Termination of the Agreement

  • The User may terminate their membership account at any time.
  • ALPAT has the right to suspend or terminate the membership in the event of the User's malicious behavior, provision of false information or abuse of the system.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Health service results may vary from person to person; the expected result is not guaranteed.
  • ALPAT is not responsible for interruptions arising from third-party technical infrastructure services.
  • The information and content on the website are for informational purposes; they do not replace a definitive diagnosis and treatment.

13. Applicable Law and Competent Court

This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In disputes that may arise between the parties, the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are competent.

14. Changes to the Agreement

ALPAT reserves the right to make changes to the provisions of this Agreement at any time. The updated Agreement is valid from the date it is published on the website.
